I am a party in a Foreclosure case being handled by this law office. I have left 8 messages for the person who is supposed to be handling my case, Carol Wesserman, over a period of over 2 weeks, and have never received a call back. This is very distressing considering I may be evicted from the property at any point in time with only 48 hours notice.
In addition, the operators are extremely rude, and getting any information from them is impossible. Everytime I try to find another way to contact someone, the operator simply says "please hold" and transfers me, sometimes in the middle of my sentence. I left messages for everyone whos name appears anywhere in the court documents, with the same result. I am extremely frustrated by this company's practices (or lack therof).
