In short, my total overall experience with Larry H. Miller Hyundai was less than satisfactory at best. They are not in the habit of doing honest business dealings that I can see. I spent 4 months trying to get them to fix a car I purchased. Within 5 days of buying the car there was a transmission problem. They kept telling me there was nothing wrong, when there was clearly a problem with it. I went in to the service department 5 times within the first 15 days of owning the car. That was the only thing that saved me when it came time to insist that they do something about it. After a "new" transmission was supposedly installed the car was doing the same exact thing as it was before. I was skeptical that the transmission was replaced. I returned 8 times to the service department to have the car looked at. I left it 5 times. The problem was never fixed and the car never stopped having a problem. I insisted on receiving a refund in full of my down payment, and them paying off my loan to a $0 balance. I will never do business with this company again, nor will I recommend anyone that I like to purchase a vehicle from them. Nationally, they have a bad reputation of doing this similar business with others. Good luck if you choose to do business with them.
