I don't know where to start. This company is a failure, I don't see how they got around with "A" in rating. Their dentists might be ok, I never tried them, but as far as braces , customer service, professionalism and honesty; they are beyond 0. The office manager to start with gives false promises never calls back. No place nor department to make complains not even a website, they just have rude people answering after business hours to take your message - what a joke- nobody calls, the doctors never return your calls at all !
Customer service girls are so rude and careless, especially their manager Nicole, she just smiles to you at first to get you in the contract then she turns her face when you try to discuss anything with her, the payments were set wrong, I had to call and get it adjusted.
They did not fix my teeth nor target my problem.
Please warn people and let them check with other offices and get a written document of their major reason to having braces and to keep a copy.
I do not recommend this place at all for braces nor cleaning.
Nurses are nice, they do a better job than customer service people.
The bottom line is, you sign up with them, you're on your own, and under the mercy of the office managers and their attitude.
Don't throw away your thousands of money in the wrong place.
