Good customer service. The appointment setter was really nice, and even helped me figure out how to find the filter for my air conditioning unit.
When the tech came to my house, he was very knowledgeable, and kind, and even showed up on time. He explained everything to me and I felt very good with the outcome. My A/C is working better than it ever has, since I bought my condo.
I would definitely use this company again. I have no complaints what-so-ever!
