Joe explains the work beforehand so you have the understanding of what you want and/or need done. No surprises and he keeps me updated. I've used his service on multiple rental properties as well as my personal residence. He just serviced my house in Whittier (June 2012) and took pics of how the tenant's hair clogged up the pipes. This helped me communicate with them. He's won me over as a long term customer because he cares to go the extra mile. Thanks Joe for your outstanding customer service!
