They're absolutely awful. They completely screwed my credit because of the way they set up their operations. For 9 months, they sent me a monthly statement showing that my payment was received (I used autopay), then on the 9th month they reversed all of them and immediately sent my account to collections without bothering to contact me. The first I heard about any issue was when the jerk from collections called me and accused me of not making payments. They immediately reported to the credit bureaus and knocked literally 100 points off my score. I reached out to customer service (total waste of time) and even escalated, all with zero effect. They had zero empathy and made zero effort to resolve the issue. I'll never buy another Kia or Hyundai and certainly won't go anywhere near their financing arms.
