Disreputable

I had a 2017 Kia that was totaled in March 2020. I went out in haste and purchased a 2020 Kia as time was limited to resolve my issue due to the COVID lockdowns. The crash was not my fault and my insurance company has contacted Kia multiple times to get them the payoff check. In addition I had GAP insurance, so they will get the full payoff. Regarding the 2020 vehicle, Kia offered me 90 days no payment and then called me in the next day to pull the offer. The next day, they aired commercials offering 90 days to everyone. Kia expects me to make 2 car payments every month until they feel they are ready to provide my insurance company the proper documents to receive the payoff check. All throughout April they wouldn't answer the phone or return emails. This is a terrible company that is willing to ruin people's credit because they don't want to staff enough people to maintain proper business operations. I wish I had researched their finance company prior to buying my first Kia. It's not worth it.
