I booked two of my service managers to attend one of Jeff Cowans Protalk through his website automotiveservicetraining.com. When they returned they said there wasnt a single tool taught that they already didnt know. The automotiveservicetraining.com workshop was a complete waste of our dealers money and we would never recommend any of our partner dealerships to Jeff Cowans Protalk program. I also noticed shortly after that Jeff Cowans Protalk has had several additional complaints including complaints from his internal staff.
