Jack has been my mechanic for several years and will continue to be so. He has worked on all the MB that I have brought in. He excels in 'true' customer service and provides outstanding quality professional MB car care. He is exceptionally resourceful, reliable and very honest. His pricing is highly competitive and below market in comparison to dealers. He has access to many quality OEM parts suppliers which deliver the same day and often within an hour. His competition is good but Jack's personal treatment of clients is what makes him stand out. Consider bringing your MB to Jack's. You will experience Nordstrom's care and quality at the right price. By the way, Jack has a Team which speaks several languages and are familiar with many cultures. This makes his shop one of few car care shops where having a cup of coffee, water, etc can be the beginning of a cultural enriching and lasting customer-business relationship. sir chuy
