This company has a 90 day warranty on the liner. However be prepared to cut out the intex logo, square of the pool bottom, a drain, and the problem area. Now you must cut this out and mail it in along with the copy of your receipt. You will also have to call this company and fill out a claim form over the phone, or luckily you might be one that actually gets it in your email. However if you are in your 90 days you should get your liner sent too you. Now in the event you are out of your 90 days you can purchase your new liner from this company at a high cost. Now if you have a problem with the new liner with in infinity days after you put up the pool. Sorry your out of luck no warranty on the warranted liner. Once it leaves their hands it is now a prayer and a hope that it has no holes, rips, or tears.
We have a wonderful staff here in our offices that are happy to take your call and give you grief for buying our products. We are happy to be rude to you and are very willing to rip you off any way we can. We also have the best warranty in the world on our products. We will not send you anything. We just make it look like we are trying.
