Ian represented he was going to rebuild my engine, and to make several other written repairs. When he delivered it, I was told Ian did no work on the car, but another employee did. The work was incomplete and more than half the issues were ignored. I returned it to them to complete repairs and Ian promised to complete them and to return the car to me ASAP, but in no event later than when he was to leave the country. After having the car for 4 more weeks, I was told I would get delivery on Friday the 14th and on the following Monday, I called to find out where it was, and found out NONE of the work was done and that I could get more information only after Ian returned. They have had my car for a full 3 months. This service is disgusting.
