This company and their badly managed property at 9969 sepulveda blvd mission hills 91345 ((( sepulveda apartments))) is a horrible place to live. the manager hides is never there doesnt even live on the property so our requst for fixing things barely to none get done,hes very rude and does return phone calls. things on this building break and dont get fixed such as a sewer drain that leaks feces every month. doors are all broken,roaches and some of my neighbors have had bedbugs.. and you cannot get help from the rude manager Alex as well as IEC a so called company that is not doing anytjing to moniter whats going on. so dont waste yourtime on 9969 sepulveda blvd and IEC PROPERTY SERVICES CORP
