I recently had my alarm system installed by Home Alert and have to say I am extremely satisfied with their overall performance. Matthew Cortez was my sales man and he did a wonderful job explaining how the service works, who Home Alert is, and how the monitoring is done through ADT. I will be referring Matthew Cortez / Home Alert to all of my friends and family. The installer Bill who came out to my house was equally impressive. He did a very clean install and took his time explaining how the system works. Thanks again Matthew Cortez for knocking on my door and thank you Home Alert for such wonderful service.
