VERY dissapointed in customer service. Got the impression that they don't care that their product was faulty or missing parts. It's going to take about 8 - 10 weeks total for me to receive all the replacement parts. I am unable to utilize the product I purchased from them until I receive the parts. No attempt has been made to make the situation right - i.e. offering to put a "rush" on the replacement parts, offering a credit on my purchase, etc. In this day and age it shouldn't take up to 10 weeks to receive parts on a thousand-times over again manufactured greenhouse.
