After paying $580.00 in the office,releasing my car from impound(due to expired reg.),I waited approx. 20 mins. outside of the yard for someone to come and retrieve my car. The employee who eventually came out to do so verbally harassed and abused me.He could not find the my car key and was addressing me from afar, gesticulating to me in an inappropriate and hostile manner.I had to shout back that I could not hear him,he shouted back to me,as he walked to me, that I didn't need to be "an ass about it" As this stunned me,I asked him to repeat himself.By this time we were walking together to the office & we were in front of a garage in the yard filled with other male employees.All were laughing at the situation.He then shouted at me,stating that I didn't need to be a "f(*&^%* ass" about it.Stunned again,I told him to be professional and to find my key.He stated that he did not need to do that and I could go to hell.I went in the office & the counter girl was waiting for me saying I needed to take my attitude away.Then Aaron,a"manager" came out,threatening to call the police due to my hostility and cursing.I walked outside of the office at which point another manager named Nick came and reprimanded Aaron and the original employee, telling them to leave me alone.The original employee continued to shout obscenities and threats at me.Aaron insisted that I was lying re:missing key and demanded that I give it to him.I requested to tow my car home.Later,I found key in the back of car.
