I would like to commend Frank and his team on a job well done. Frank and his team put together a very difficult refi for me and I appreciate it tremendously. They deserve 5 stars for their part. Guild gets 4 stars do to the team prior to frank being below par. Frank and team stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. From continually communicating with the client and working endlessly to get the mission complete to ensuring my satisfaction, they have far exceeded my expectations.
