Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a Nintendo DS game from them and received an email that I would receive another email when it shipped. One week later, still no shipment email, so I emailed them and was told it was still processing and that items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of the order (which had already passed). Another week passes, and I send another email asking where my item is. It still has not shipped, so I request the order be cancelled and that I receive a refund. They were super quick to tell me my order was cancelled, but that was October 7th and nearly one month later (today is November 5th) I still have not received a refund. I've emailed them twice asking where my money is and they just tell me to give it a few more days. When I try to call the phone number they have listed, I get a message that the extension is unavailable. Looks like I will have to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back.
