It started when I went online and found Gamemine.com online, everything sounded good, but I soon found out it wasn't. I created my "minelist" and got ready to receive my games. Well, two weeks went by and nothing. I never received any of the games on my list...ever. I called and explained my situation and was told to wait until my next billing cycle and call back. Well I did and explained my situation...Again, and was told by Scott "The Manager" that their system showed I received the game, but also said my address was incorrect. He then immediately charged me $50.00 for the cost of the game, and then hung up on me. I called back and he said that "we were done talking about this" and hung up again. I have a claim in with my bank, but I strongly suggest that NOBODY use Gamemine.com. Please...you will get nothing but headaches. The only reason they get one star is because it will not let me give them no stars.

Again, this is a very disappointing review that GameMine. In examination of our accounts we were unable to find a Lauren L in the city provided on this review. With that being said, GameMine is not dismissing this review. As we previously stated with Kevin’s review we have certainly taken these reviews to heart and placed safeguards so any current and future customers will not encounter this situation.
