This is the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with. Have placed an order in the past year with this company for 10 I mac computers. They refused to honor rebates that they list on the web site and continually hang up the phone when I ask about the order. I placed the last order 4-13-2011 for the 2 computers using the rebates and was inquiring of the order and was told initially that the computers were on back order. Then I called back and checked on the order yesterday and was told that the account was closed and then placed me on hold. After I was transferred I asked the guy very respectfully that I would like to tell the rest of the story and he said,"he doesn't hear stories" and then placed me on hold, after 15 minutes on hold, he then hangs up on me. I have never been treated so poorly by any company in any situation and especially when we have spent several thousand dollars trying to supply our school's children with computers. If you are shopping for computers please remember this review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
