The owner, Leonard, refused to give my son in law a receipt when he asked for it. My son in law asked me to talk to Leonard. The first two conversations went smoothly. However, when Leonard didn't keep his word and I told him that that wasn't good, he snapped. He began yelling and hanging up the phone in my face. He stated that he wouldn't give me any refunds now. About a half hour later, he called stating that he would give a partial refund of only $105. He didn't fix the alternator and he kept the remaining $315. When he gave me the $105, he told me to have fun with his money. It's not his money. It belongs to my son in law. He really wasn't a nice person with whom to do business.
