Unlawful and Untrustworthy Business

This company sales person provided false information regarding their home warranty plans and their coverage. They are good company if you just pay your monthly premium, but if you make a claim they try to find a loop hole to not cover your case. If they can not find any excuse, they will refer your case to the worst contractor you could even imagine. Their low rated contractors try to just charge you your service fee (in my case $55.00) and telling you, your insurance doesn't cover your repair, and charge you for additional fees through under table fees. My insurance plan in paper covered appliances without the age, maintenance and condition. But they always said this is not covered. They even didn't respond to my complaint and send me the service charge for the contractor who just showed up and asked me more money, without do anything. The worst company I ever had in my life. I regret that I paid them couple of thousands dollars whitin couple of years and wasted my money.
