I am very displeased because after paying for a legal form I was not able to download it and I have a credit card reciept showing paid but still have been given the run around from the customer support phone number. This leads me to believe this company is a fraud seen as how they advertise one thing and after they tell you free you have to pay then you dont get it. I will be contacting the better business bureau and leaving a bad review there also.
