Worst and unfair customer service. Good product.
They don't have a "forgot password" link, and I forgot my password and needed to cancel my account. I emailed them for help and called 4 times over a period of 3 months. Each time they told me that someone would call me back to help me. No one ever called me back. Finally, today I got a hold of someone that could cancel my account, but he said they would not refund me for the 3 months that I have been trying to contact them!!! I have not used their service during those 3 months, and it is their fault for not calling me back. They brag great customer service and 100% satisfaction back guarantee, but their customer service is not fair and they said in the fine print that it says that the guarantee is not on their subscription service even though they advertise it on their subscription page!
