After seven months of getting the run around, multiple reassigned loan officers, countless unreturned emails and phone calls, I have finally received the email saying the company is ceasing operations. One day later I got the letter from my bank stating they will not give us any modification on our loan. So according to their contract, Certified Financial owes me $2500 of the $3000 I paid in January 2010. They are a completely fraudulent and unscrupulous company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS. Only have come to recently find out they keep doing this business under different names so watch out! I would love to join a class action lawsuit against them!
