We too fell into the hands of these scammers. We "hired" them in June 2009 and have not had anything done on our behalf from them.
I am currently speaking to a lawyer because I really would like my money back (if possible) but also would like to teach them a lesson. I've ready multiple complaints about this company on this site and feel your pain.
My lawyer advised that it would be in the best interest to gather multiple people in this law suit because the chance of being successful are greater. If any of you are interested, please email me.
