I think that they totally take advantage of women, like many other mechanics/shops. My wife went in for a simple brake job, they ended up racking all these extra charges and extra services, that didn't really have to do with what needed to be done (changing the front brakes). She had our baby with her and I think it was a red light for them to tell her she needs all these little extra services done immediately. She told me they were very pushy and pressing the issue for her to get these extra things done (knowing that she has no clue of what is critical and what is a way to rack up fees). Well, she had a bill that was three times higher than the estimate she told me they gave her over the phone, I will dispute this! Caution to all.
