When I had just crashed my car, I desperatly needed a new one. I started looking around and found Hacienda auto sales. I met a very nice lady named Maria. She was so helpful and got everything set up for me in a reasonable price range. She had a smile on her face, and had the best customer service.
After I came back to straighten up the registration, and a bad part on the car. She was going to give us a great deal on the registration and a bad part on the car (including a rental car), but the owner Rick came back. He was rude and was going to charge us a lot more money than we were told. He charged us for a rental car (which the tire blew up on). He gave us money off the rental, (which we were not going to pay for anyway), and then for the part and labor. The car I bought wouldn't drive before then, so Hacienda gladly towed it. Rick was angry about that too. Saying I should not have even taken it to him!
The whole experience went from, extremely wonderful to extremely dissappointing.
If it wasn't for Maria, that place would not have a single customer.
