FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for parts for a scooter and never received tracking info for my order. Tried to call and kept getting an answering machine. Left messages and an email wanting to get info on my order. after 5 days i received a call stating that they cancelled my order and refunded my money. My money still hasnt been refunded to my account. I was also told that I can buy my scooter parts elsewhere.
VERY rude and unprofessional. Don't take peoples money if you dont have the parts they order.
