Same old song and dance

We had about the exact same experience with Dynatek. They called our shipping department acting like they were an approved vendor that needed to verify our address in order to ship 'our tape'. We started seeing the tape show up soon after. Quality of the tape is not bad, but it is overpriced and the shipping charges were horrendous. When I called to question them, the first time they hung up on me and the second time they played stupid and refused to pay return shipping. It took me 4 tries to get the person on the phone to quote me an invoice number/date that she was referring to. Which she didn't get right and then kept repeating something about 'verified auto-shipment.
