Had the same problem as others. They call your busy warehouse and offer you samples. You say yes and you are now on their auto-ship plan. They send you cases of tape and start billing you.
When you call to complain, they try to "strongarm" you. First she said I ordered it and had to pay it. Then she said I could return it but I would have to pay the freight. She finally conceded and sent me a return label so I could send it back at their cost.
How are companies like that allowed to operate ???
