I have read the other reviews and have a suggestion to anyone else having a problem with this company. I have rec'd calls from various people at the company, usually once every week or two - for at least the last 8 months! I requested to be taken off their phone list many times, tried to get a phone number to call them back, even yelled as I deemed necessary... only to be hung up on every time! Today I finally tracked down their phone number. I called and let them know I wanted to place an order as this was the only way I could get through to a customer service rep. I was connected to Patti, as I see others were. I let her know that we had to have our name off the calling list.... and here's my suggestion as this really threw her for a loop! I let her know that we bill out our employees at $50 per hour. Beginning with the next call we get, I will track exactly how many minutes are "wasted" by their phone calls. I will then send them an invoice for those minutes! She stated she will definitely take me off the calling list - let's see what happens! If this works, I will re-submit this review with the good news...
