We, too, rec'd a box of packing tape in January 2009 for a total cost of $427.20 plus $51.26 in shipping. Can't believe they are still in business. Question: Do we have to return the product? I don't feel like calling them again to get their FedEx or UPS account # so that they have to pay the return costs. Unfortunately, our receiving department used some of this tape before the bill came in and the invoice was researched.
I did call last week to state that (1) we did not order this product; (2) that we were not paying for this product; (3) that they have tried to pull this stunt with others at our Company. After a week, Patti called back to try to say so and so ordered it and when I stood my ground she said to send the product back. Didn't think to ask for her shipping account # at that time.
Everyone should let their fellow employees know to not allow calls from Dynatek to go through.
