This company sent the wrong product, which I ordered from them through Amazon Marketplace. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes; I called a second time and was told the correct product would be sent. At my expense, I returned the product I did not order, but 2.5 weeks after placing my initial order, I still have not received the correct product, for which my credit card was billed. My email has not been answered, and I do not believe they have any intention either of sending the product I ordered nor of refunding the purchase price. Since checking, I have found multiple complaints, bad reviews and accusations of fraud about them on several web sites.
