This ISP takes advantage of the fact that users have no alternative for broadband access. They charge premium prices for a slow Internet connection. They have regular Internet outages on the weekends and have to tech repair men to fix the problem they just let an entire area sit without Internet access till the Monday. The office staff are rude and obnoxious when you call asking about status of there service. From what I can tell they only have 2 or 3 people that work for them and they stop answering calls during an outage.
