I wanted to take a moment to say what a nice and cheerful staff this office has. I had an old medical bill that had gone to another agency before Cross America , they were horrible, but Cross America listened and we came to an understanding and I was allowed to make small payments and settle for a smaller amount and get this off my credit profile. Bonnie at thier office is great!!!!
