I have yet in my career of 25+ years to deal with such an incompetent company. Their business methods and procedures are inconsistent based on the race of client they are dealing with. I observed for over 2 hours the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional mannerisms. I am truly disappointed in the business encounter not to mention some of my personal property was taken while my vehicle was in their care. Coastline Recovery Services Gardena branch office does not deserve an A- rating nor do they deserve three stars.
