Horrid. Horrid. Horrid. One person was finally civil and marginally helpful. It is absurd that this business stays afloat. Misinformation, delay tactics up the wazoo. Talk about making an unfortunate situation worse. I can't believe what they do is legal! Leave A LOT of time. The cars are kept on south broadway in gardena, not torrance.
