I have been using this company for a year and a half. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. I was told that by paying them monthly I would save almost half of what I owed. I understood that it would reflect badly on my credit and that they would be charging $50 per month to handle the accounts. What I wasn't told was that they wouldn't try to settle any of the accounts until a law suit was filed. One account I ended up paying MORE than what I even owed to begin with. Another account wasn't even settled. Now I have to pay CDC PLUS make payments on the card they never settled. To date I have saved less than $300 due to the fact that they have taken nearly $1700 in fees. They don't tell you that when they settle an account they take a large fee for themselves. Oh... and the account they didn't settle, they took a nearly $400 fee for doing nothing and saving me nothing. If I had know this is they way they run their "Christian" organization I never would have signed up. I could have done what they did myself and actually saved some money. I have called and emailed these people repeatedly about the large fees they are charging to settle accounts and naturally I never get an answer and never receive a reply. There is nothing Christian about this company. It's not like I just went shopping and purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and then didn't feel like paying what I owed. We ran in to tough times when my fiancé lost his job and had to live off credit cards. I tried to make the payments but at 30% interest I was drowning. I really needed help and these people took advantage of my situation.
