work crews steals my mother in laws truck to chase there work truck

the owner call you his friend but hangs up on you and won't talk to you when thins do not go as he wants. My mother in law was having carpet installed today 12-13-2011 while they were setting up and my mother in law was going out to move her truck out of the driveway someone got into there truck and stole it, the worker grabbed the keys out of her hand and took off in her truck to chase the work truck and was gone for more than 20 min.When I called carpet town to talk to the owner about he refused to talk to me about the incident my mother in law is in he late seventies and he did not want to compensate her anything for trouble of some stealing her truck to use to chase there own truck I have no idea how fast he might have driven or if he could have done some transmission dammage
