There was previously a complaint on the BBB site that was removed because the company either sued or threatened to sue the complainer. At one point, the BBB site said that the company was trying to get the complaint removed "by threatening to file a defamation lawsuit against the complainant". This appears to have worked.
When the company tried to get me to be a customer, I told them that I did not wish to do business with a company that keeps its customers from complaining by threatening to sue them. They told me that they had not threatened, and had in fact actually had sued the customer, and that the complaint had been retracted. They also told me that a retraction letter (posted on ripoffreport.com) that claimed to be from a customer who had recognized it was wrong to complain had really been written by an attorney and not the customer. I have no idea if that was true or not.
Anyway, my point is that the lack of complaints here is not because customers are satisfied. It is simply because customers cannot complain, because the company would sue them if they did complain.
