Like so many of you, I ordered 2 laptops in December 2010, and never received any sort of shipping notification - although they charged my credit card immediately. I finally emailed them to cancel the order - whereupon they told me the computers had already shipped. This never occurred, because a month later, I've never received them. I have exchanged emails with them at least 6 times requesting a refund, to which they always reply that they're escalating the issue, and don't know why it hasn't been done. I've opened a dispute with my credit card, and am 100% sure this is what it will take to finally get my $918 refund. Don't believe a single good thing you hear about this company. They must write their own positive reviews, because there's no product, no shipping, no refund. I can't imagine why credit card companies even bother to do business with them. Stay away from California Computer!
