If I can give this company zero star rating, it would be well justified but one can't get less than one star. I had absolutely horrible experience with them and it is a mystery for me how they manage to stay in business. My shipment didn't arrive on time (I am still waiting to receive it). I called them a couple of times, got voicemal and nobody returned my calls. I sent them e-mail on the next day to which I received no reply. Before that, I sent another e-mail and requested tracking number and of course, no response. I sent them third e-mail this time promising to file a non-delivery dispute with Visa and Better Business Bureau. This time they responded with this:
"Dear customer,I apologize for the inconvenience. I have forwarded a copy of your order to our shipping department for an update status."
Guess what? Shipping department never got back to me.
So, my advice to everyone: stay away from this company, they did't even enter the Stone Age when it comes to customer service. I am filing a dispute with Visa card and Better Business Bureau today.
