My experience w/ this company had been horrid. That is to say a month out of my life wasted, almost 1.3 grand out of the bank, and no progress w/ ZERO purchased good. My recommendation is to NEEVER ever do business w/ this nonsense company again, me and anyone who's reading this. I will provide the account of my experience bellow, and you be the judge of it. About 3 weeks ago I placed an order for a laptop. Before actually placing the order, I called their representative many times to inquire about the timely deliver and the availability of stock in order to meet the latter. During all of those calls I was ensured by CCC representatives that the timely deliver is feasible for them (I will provide more infos on what timely deliver is and why in this case it is entirely reasonable). Of course I have to meet certain conditions of their ordering policy if my timely deliver was to be possible, and I DID meet. Their policy for processing same day order is placing it before 10:30AM Pacific. I was on the phone w/ their representative from 9 that morning till I placed the order at 10:27. On the SAME DAY, they CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. That is before they even shipped anything yet. I dont know about you, but I've had my share of online of purchase and this is the first time I see a vendor that charged before shipped. Wed passed, Thur passed, FRIDAY afternoon. No confirmation of ship or tracking infos AT ALL in those 3 days. I called twice to request for it, and twice I get the same guy telling he will send me it and twice NOTHING. I called up to check on it on Friday's afternoon because that was the date that timely deliver should be made. To my outrage, I found that they had just only recently shipped it that afternoon after I call. Basically they took 3 freaking days to shipped the package. Here is where the timely deliver come into explanation. I live about 1 hour BACK N' FORTH from their headquarter located in downtown LA. When I inquired about the stock, the guy (same guy that promised the tracking info, same guy everything) that I talk to ensured me that the laptop is in stock and available in their warehouse, which is like somewhere in Orange C (NOT FAR AT ALL FROM LA). According to that, the order being completed in 3 days, before the weekend, is entirely possible. But no, it took CCC three freaking day to pick up the order and then shipped it. That is, CCC cannot even pick up and ship w/out wasting 3 of my business days, yet they charged me the moment after I placed the order. FedEx delivery took only ONE DAY from CCC's warehouse. And what even more bs is now they got the gut to demanded to charge me 15% restocking fee for refusing the package, which entirely screwed up by their incompetent. They also have horrible customer service/technical support. The people are a-hole, one lady hung up on me while I was inquiring about the stock and when I called back didnt even bother to apologize about it. I've read around and Im not the first one to experienced this kind of incompetent service. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere before even considering this huge waste of time and money misadventure. Oh and their so called supervisor, you cannot reach him-email or phone call. It's quite bs. I emailed him weeks ago and still no response and every time I tried to call his direct line I get message machine. And dont even bother your time w/ a guy named Simon. He's incompetent. Im working on getting my full refund back right now. it's utterly bs of the time and length that I have to waste to resolve w/ this garbage company. James.
