I was in an accident. My damages per Bustos Auto Body were about $14,000. My car was in their shop for over three months. When they finally told me my car was ready, the first day I took it I felt like it was going to fall apart on the freeway. I later found out that they took my car to get fixed to a tire station/repair shop. Bustos lied and told me that it had been taken to the dealership to get scanned and reprogrammed. I called investigated and found out that they never took my car in. Whenever i would call to complain about my cars malfunctions, they would tell me to bring it in and would keep for weeks. I would pick it up and it would feel the same.
Now my car has broken down completely. My insurance co. said that I have to deal with them directly now. It is out of their hands. They got paid and I am now stuck with a car which doesn't even work because they did not fix what they needed to.
I am very disgusted with the situation.
DO not recommend them at all.
