I cannot tell you how horrible my experience was. Based upon the price gouging, "lost" items and the worst customer service EVER, I would highly recommend no one to ever use this company. They embellished the amount of highly priced packing supplies they used to be more the amount of overall labor alone. I have items that never made it to my destination with me and "were not left in the truck", per the supervisor. In my attempt to speak to supervisor, which took weeks to happen, he ended up hanging up on me and had no concern to resolve any issues I encountered. He couldn't care less. If you are looking for a responsible and trustworthy moving company, this is not THEM. Keep looking. This is one of the top, worst experiences I have ever had with any company in my life.
