***** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ****
They do not honor their contracts! They change the rules in the middle of the game! I do not have the monetary means to fight them but will do everything in my power to alert any new customers NOT to use this company.
I have been waiting for a check for $199 for the cancellation of my policy - this is their way of "settling" my totaled car and BEACON not honoring their contract.
While my claim was being processed, I did research on this company and only found complaints! Didn't have time to research them while I was signing papers at the dealership.
This company owed me $3K....and instead they said they will send me a $199 cancellation refund! And now, I can't even get that!!!!
