This company gave us a grossly overestimated quote on tree-trimming; the actual job was in fact merely half of the estimate. Upon being questioned about the excessive charge, the company reduced the bill only by a small fraction, citing such billable time as the worker's packing up the truck and driving to our home. We were unaware of the fact that we were being charged (for the unverifiable amount of time) even before the worker set foot in our place. Beware of this company's questionable billing practice!
