Don't order from them! Worst experience ever! We ordered on Thursday, June 18, 2009 with promise to ship in 5-7 days and didn't hear a response until we threatened to report them to VISA and the Better Business Bureau. Only after did we find out that the BBB rated them an "F" with 14 complaints. Anyway, they replied to us on Wednesday, July 1 and said they would ship USPS Priority Mail. Package was supposed to come Friday, July 3rd. We were home all day but the USPS website says that they attempted to deliver to our address twice and left a notice. No one came (and we know this because our dog barks at everyone who passes by) and there was no notice on our door or mailbox. Contacted both owners via Facebook (searched for them on there) and they both replied saying that the package should be at the Post Office. So we went to the Post Office this morning (Monday, July 6) and they said the package is out for redelivery but then went back home and there is still no note on our door. We are assuming the package was shipped to the wrong address. Michael Dalupo claims the package was sent to the correct address and to contact him once we receive the package. If we don't get our order by tomorrow, we are going to file a complaint with VISA to stop payment. Sad thing is, our baby shower is in 3 weeks - barely enough time to mail out the invites and inform people to save the date, if they haven't all ready made plans to do something else.... Looks like people who own business are in over their heads and cannot manage orders.
