We negotiated a deal on the internet with this dealer. We were quoted a price on a 2008 GMCHD truck and told the dealer we were coming to get it. He told us someone was looking at the truck so we needed to put a deposit on the truck in order to hold it. We told him we wanted the truck, paid the deposit and informed him we were on our way. We had a one and half hour drive to get there. We had previously told them that we did not want to waste our time driving such a far distance unless everything was status quo with no haggling. We left immediately after paying the deposit. 10 minutes out from the dealership, our cell phone rang and we were informed they sold the truck. We were shocked. We had a deal and paid a deposit yet they renigged on their end. We drove to the dealership to make sure our deposit was refunded. Their website boasts integrity but they have none as a deposit is a firm commitment to buy. They sold the product out from under us.
