I made a payment nearly 2 weeks via online submittal for $3700 as we are paying off debt. The next day I check my vehicle statement and see that a single transaction in the amount of $3700 was processed. I later check my bank account and found that (2) separate transactions in the amount of $3700 were processed. I have called Honda daily since 1/19 trying to get the money credited back to my bank account with no success. Five days later we are told to provide bank statements to prove the overpayment which we did. Now 10 days later, I was told that they can only return overpayment's via direct bank transfer within 5 days of the initial payment and we had passed that date. They claim that they will now try and send the payment fed ex and I would be notified of the tracking number. I have yet to receive such information. I have called daily and asked when can I expect a credit to my bank account and they cannot provide a date, just that they are working on it. The customer service department refuses to transfer me to someone in the cash management dept who is supposedly working on the issue. We are going on two weeks now and I still have no idea of when our money will be returned. Even with a good payment history with no late payments they will not work with you. Stay away from this company.
